The Creation Process

01

Vision & Analysis

Every masterpiece begins with an in-depth dialogue. We analyze your room's requirements, taking into account your preferences for design, dimensions, and material composition. Our experts guide you through the technical nuances to find the perfect foundation for your space.

02

Digital CAD Rendering

Precision is our standard. We create detailed graphic blueprints and utilize CAD technology to visualize the rug within your actual room. This ensures the proportions and aesthetics harmonize perfectly with your existing interior before the first knot is tied.

03

The Physical Strike-Off (Sample)

To eliminate any uncertainty, we produce a 30 × 30 cm sample rug. This allows you to confirm the quality, materials, and colors under your specific lighting conditions and alongside your furniture fabrics. Only after your final approval does the grand weaving begin.

04

Artisanal Weaving

Our weavers follow centuries-old traditions. Depending on the complexity, we offer 6 knot densities (from 60 to 300 knots per square inch). Your rug is crafted from a selection of the world's finest fibers: New Zealand Merino, Tibetan Wool, Lincoln Wool, Mohair, Cashmere, Real Silk, Bamboo Silk, Alpaca, or Nettle.

05

Hand Carving & Finishing

For high-low textures and 3D relief effects, our master craftsmen carve the pile by hand. Every fibre is then washed, sheared, and finished — preparing your rug for decades of use.
