The open navy ground around it lets the medallion stand out clearly. The four \u003cstrong\u003espandrels\u003c\/strong\u003e are filled with dense rose bouquets on a darker ground, echoing the medallion. The \u003cstrong\u003elight main border\u003c\/strong\u003e in beige and ivory carries a sequence of roses and leaves in coral, pink and green, between narrow guard stripes.
