The step from an accent piece to a rug that shapes a room. At this size it will sit under a coffee table with room to spare, define a reading corner, or fill a small bedroom — and it is the largest of the three formats that one person can still roll up and carry without help.
The honest limit: in front of a wide sofa it is still narrow. As a rule the rug should be wider than the sofa standing in front of it, so for a three-seater of 220 cm you want 170 × 240 cm or larger.
